كيف أستعيد حسابي على المنصة؟ / How can I recover my account on the platform?

لاستعادة الحساب، يرجى مراسلتنا على بريد الدعم (support@nafith.com.sa) مع إرفاق المستندات التالية:

  • السجل التجاري (.CR)

  • شهادة ضريبة القيمة المضافة (.VAT)

  • شهادة الزكاة والدخل سارية الصلاحية

  • خطاب التفويض الصادر من موقع الغرفة التجارية وفق النموذج المعتمد على المنصة، ويجب أن يحتوي على النص الموجود في النموذج بالإضافة إلى (البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، رقم هوية المفوض) ويكون مطابقًا للبيانات على المنصة

  • وثيقة العنوان الوطني



 To recover your account, please contact our support email (support@nafith.com.sa) and attach the following documents:

  • Commercial Registration (CR)

  • VAT Certificate (VAT)

  • Valid Zakat and Income Certificate

  • Authorization Letter issued from the Chamber of Commerce website according to the platform-approved template. It must include the text in the template along with (email, phone number, authorized person's ID) and must match the information on the platform.
