- Subscription Fee: An annual fee of 2,000 SAR, paid to maintain the ability to issue promissory notes on the platform and use its services.
- API fee: A one-time payment of 15,000 SAR.
- Bundles Fees: Bundles are prepaid credit purchased through the platform. For example, if you load 5,000 SAR onto a Mada card, a fee is deducted for each promissory note issued from this bundle. This fee is only carried over if a new bundle is purchased before the previous one expires. If a bundle expires (valid for 12 months), fees are not carried over.
- Single promissory note: A promissory note associated with a single client and a single due date incurs a fee of 65 SAR.
- Multiple promissory notes: A group of promissory notes associated with one primary request and one client, each with different due dates. Each promissory note has its own due date and can be executed independently, preserving the rights of each party and simplifying the execution process. For the first bond, the fee is 65 SAR, and for each subsequent bond, it is 15 SAR.
- Administrative Fees: A fee of 10 SAR, deducted if a promissory note is issued but not approved by the debtor. The promissory note fee is returned to the creditor, but 10 SAR is deducted.
